These terms govern sales made on infinita-noto.com.

1. Seller identification

The products are food products (olive oil and almonds) from the Noto region in Sicily. Essential characteristics are indicated on each product page.

Prices are in euros, tax included, excluding shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Payment is made online via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA). The order is validated upon receipt of payment.

Orders are shipped from Paris within 48 working hours. Estimated delivery time in mainland France: 2 to 4 working days.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for perishable or unsealed food products (under EU consumer law).
