Our story
A brand celebrating the richness of a single place — Noto, Sicily.

Everything starts in south-eastern Sicily, in the Val di Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A baroque land, sculpted by earthquakes and rebuilt in golden stone, where the light has something different.
We grow century-old olive trees and Pizzuta d'Avola almond trees, two species that have been the pride of the region for centuries. Our approach is simple: transform as little as possible, let the terroir speak, and make accessible in France what Sicilians often keep for themselves.
No blending, no vague origin, no invented marketing. One variety, one place, one harvest. That's all we have to say — and it's already a lot.

Three principles, nothing more
A single terroir
100% of our products come from the Noto region. No blending with other origins, ever.
Hand-picked
Olives and almonds are picked by hand, at maturity. Machines are faster, hands respect the fruit.
Minimal transformation
Cold-pressed within 12 hours for the oil. Sun-dried almonds. No additives, no chemical treatment.
